Time is getting very short now, so a reminder that all proposals must
be submitted before 19:00 UTC this Friday. If the deadline is missed,
there will be nothing we can do about submissions that didn't make it,
so please do not assume that there's any flexibility available. Note
that if you have technical difficulties submitting your proposal very
close to the deadline, you may not be able to get the issue resolved
before the deadline passes, so you should submit as early as possible.

If you have further discussions to have or refinements to make to
existing proposals, you are strongly advised to do those now.

Any proposal you haven't yet discussed on the mailing lists should be
posted today in order to get useful feedback and for a better chance
of your proposal being accepted.

Finally, if you have already submitted a proposal, you should know
that you are allowed to submit up to 5 proposals, of which one will be
chosen. You are not limited to a single submission.

Regards

Thom
