SELECT * FROM pgstattuple('Test');
ERROR: relation "test" does not exist SQL state: 42P01
You need to quote the identifier:
SELECT * FROM pgstattuple('"Test"');
Note the double quotes inside the string, so "singlequote-doublequote-Test-doublequote-singlequote".
