Dear Andrus,

Quick & Dirty Soln:

SELECT * from  table where regexp_replace( col   , '[-\\s+]' , '' ,
'g')  ilike '%search_term%'  ;

note above sql will not use any index if you have to search 10000s of
rows use alternate
approaches.
