Done. Changes should be visible in a few hours.

I also notice there seem to be the following additional lists:

norpug
vepug
pug-pdx
persianpug

Are they all still in use?

Finally, we should give some thought to how these work alongside the
regional lists, sich as pgsql-tr-genel or pgsql-ru-general as it seems
likely we'll get more crossover in the future (for example, you should
get a request soon for ukpug, which could equally have been
pgsql-uk-general).
