PUGs are focused on regional, in-person contact and regular, or
monthly meetings.  I think UKPUG fits that model, at this point.

Perhaps UKPUG could be an umbrella like NZPUG is. Check out their
site. http://pgug.org.nz/   They've got a neat "request a meeting"
feature that Brenda set up to track where people are who create
accounts.
