This patch adds a column to the status view showing when the client
connected to the backend, based on the new information available in
pg_stat_activity in 8.1.
Docs update also adds the "client address" info which was in the dialog
but not in the text before. The screenshot needs to be updated by
someone else who can follow the graphics scheme.
