GRANT ALL ON SCHEMA base TO root;
GRANT USAGE ON SCHEMA base TO administrators;

GRANT ALL ON TABLE base."local" TO root;
GRANT SELECT, UPDATE, INSERT ON TABLE base."local" TO administrators;
Still the same problem. :(
