I don't really know where this translation comes from (looks like an automated translation to me), but it is inacurate: Selon Jean-Paul Argudo, fondateur du site www.postgresql.fr et directeur de DALIBO société spécialiste de PostgreSQL en France, « PostgreSQL est plus que jamais l'alternative n°1 à Oracle... Should be translated as: According to Jean-Paul Argudo, founder of the site www.postgresql.fr and directory of Dalibo, a company specialized on PostgreSQL in France, "PostgreSQL is more than ever the #1 alternative to Oracle... Nowhere it is said that Dalibo is the French branch of PostgreSQL or anything like that. Only that Dalibo is specialized on PostgreSQL, and is french. I hope this helps clarifying this.
