＊Updatable Cursors* in psqlodbc means *updatable result set*. You can
call SQLSetPos(.., SQL_UPDATE/SQL_DELETE) or SQLBulkOperations() but
unfortunately psqlodbc driver doesn't support positioned update using
CURRENT OF CURSOR.
