Some minor fixes:

Should be:

a more robust serializable transaction mode</emphasis>

Should be:

Allow collations to be declared at the column level, permitting multiple
collations within a single database.


I agree that the sections you have are not ideal, but I don't think it's
necessary to fix them for an alpha release.
