win32 compile warnings - Mailing list pgsql-hackers-win32

Attached is the list of (unexpected) compile warnings I get on Windows.

I suggest that we fix the sql_help multiline problem by having 
create_help.pl suppress carriage returns.

I'll start looking at the others - anyone who wants to jump in feel free.
