FYI
This line will not work in PostgreSQL 7.3 :
+ " limit " + recordPerpage + "," + beginRecord;
Change it to :
+ " limit " + recordPerpage + " offset " + beginRecord;
This works in pre PostgreSQL 7.3 versions as well.
