about storagr of database - Mailing list pgsql-admin

hello:

when copying table from a file of about 400 MB,

psql -d test -c "copy tmp from stdin using delimiters '|' " <
dat/tmp.dat

it reports

memory exhausted

Does anyone know how to solve this problem?
