postgreSQL NT4 - Mailing list pgsql-ports

Finally got it running on NT4,  need a little help with creating
databases...

Ok, I get the below error trying to run createDb.  It creates the
physical directory,  but does not "Catalog" it.

bash-2.04$ createdb -h localhost soCalMOADB
ERROR:  CREATE DATABASE: Could not initialize database directory. Delete
failed
as well
createdb: database creation failed
bash-2.04$
