compilepostgresql-8.1.5 from code using MINGW because I want libraries for <span style="COLOR: black">PL/TC and PL/Perl
forwindows platform.</span> </span><p style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt"><span style="FONT-SIZE: 11pt"> </span><div
style="MARGIN:0in 0in 0pt"><span style="FONT-SIZE: 11pt">./configure --with-tcl --with-perl goes fine,

0pt"><spanstyle="FONT-SIZE: 11pt">I am unable to find the files mentioned in above error i.e. *sys/ioctl.h* and
*ieeefp.h*.I have installed ActiveTcl8.4.14 <span style="COLOR: black">aand </span> ActivePerl-5.8.8 both. Also I tried
tofind these header files in latest code of ActiveTcl8.4.14<span style="COLOR: black"> aand </span>ActivePerl-5.8.8 but
withno success.</span><p style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt"><span style="FONT-SIZE: 11pt"> </span><p style="MARGIN: 0in 0in
0pt"><spanstyle="FONT-SIZE: 11pt">Can somebody please let me know what should be done to rectify this problem and from
