Added a lot of targets to package Npgsql source and binary distribution.
Added target to ccnet.

Added ability to generate AssemblyInfo.cs automatically. In order to do that, run build.sh (build.bat)
-D:CCNetLabel=2.0.9.0so the assembly value is set to this label value.  

Thanks Daniel Nauck for support and .build sample file.
