CREATE VIEW v AS
SELECT x, y, NULL AS z FROM a
UNION ALL
SELECT x, NULL AS y, z FROM b;
SELECT * FROM v;x | y | z
---+---+---1 | 2 | 3 | 4 | 5 | | 67 | | 8
