Hmm, while we are at the subject of playing with our CVS server, could
we fix some other things?
* cvsweb could display the correct $PostgreSQL$ tags ... right now it's only getting what's changed at each commit
(i.e.it's always one version behind)
(Additionaly it'd be nice to know what on earth does one have to set so
that a CVSup-acquired repository behaves the same with local checkouts.)
* the cvsweb could display tabs as 4 spaces, just like the code expects. This is mostly a minor annoyance.
I had other gripes but I forget them right now :-(
