I vote just to mention it's removal at this time, much the say way we 
deprecated money I know that we make use of to_char(interval) which we have 
added code to handel those edgecases where it was returning improper results.  
This will allow us (PGDG or our clients) more time to develop a full and 
proper solution the real problem.
