Linux asm/ioctls.h
FreeBSD sys/ttycom.h. This file is included by sys/ioctl.h.
Solaris sys/termios.h
This patch tells print.c to know TIOCGWINSZ on Solaris platform. Same code is
founded in src/bin/psal/common.c.
