Function would look like this:

CREATE OR REPLACE FUNCTION f_intarr_to_set(integer[])
  RETURNS SETOF integer AS
$BODY$
BEGIN
FOR i IN array_lower($1,1) .. array_upper($1,1) LOOP
   RETURN NEXT $1[i];
END LOOP;
END;
$BODY$
  LANGUAGE 'plpgsql';

SELECT * FROM f_intarr_to_set('{1,3,5,7,9,321}');

But I think I like Kristo�s query even better. :)
