Hi,
 
Yes, there are some modifications you can make - pretty much they are limited to the capabilities of PostgreSQL. Column related properties are modified from the column properties dialogue, not the table dialogue. Basically if it lets you change something, then you can edit it.

Is it possible to change / modify a table in pgAdmin II?
That is to say, can I create a table and then go back and
modify the columns using one of the tools ... not with
the SQL tool ...
