List pgsql-performance
The query that execute is only inserts, I use a batch of 300 and then do
commit.

insert into FLOWS values(?,?,?,?,?,?,?,?,?,?,?,?,?,?,?,?,?,?,?,?)

and

postgresql.conf looks like this
