Hi,

I get the following error when: build.bat DEBUG

somehow dumpbin is not called.
      analyze.c      Compiling resources...      Generate DEF file      Generating POSTGRES.DEF from directory
Debug\postgres     ...........Could not call dumpbin at src\tools\msvc\gendef.pl line
