Postgres Professional was founded in 2015 by PostgreSQL major contributors, Oleg Bartunov and Teodor Sigaev. Both co-founders have been members of the PostgreSQL Global Development Group for 20+ years. Postgres Professional employs 100+ people, 90% of them are software developers, database architects, and engineers.
