Actually, this points to a much bigger overall need to integrate the 4
main postgresql web sites:

www.postgresql.org
techdocs.postgresql.org
gborg.postgresql.org
advocacy

Currently, a newbie coming to www.postgresql.org would have *no idea*
that these other, very useful, sites exist.   They should be links in
the left-hand navigation bar for www.postgresql.org, but this seems to
be difficult to manage somehow.

Justin, I have the sense that modifications to www.postgresql.org are
either techincally difficult or politically sensitive, given the
failure to get Marc to make the link to Techdocs more prominent.
  What's the obstacle here?
