I read, not actually understood, the recent thread 'Using postgresql.org 
account as an auth id on third party websites'. This is not about 
providing an answer to that thread. It is about backing up a bit and 
asking whether it is time to put together some sort of page that 
describes the Postgres community organization. In other words what is 
Core, PGDG, pginfra, etc. Also how do they relate and who is involved in 
each. Lastly and probably most importantly, who decides what the 
'community' is. I know this a broad request and probably is something 
more appropriate for --advocacy, but it is something that keeps coming 
up and I am not aware that it has been answered. If it has, where?
