One small fix and one enhancement. The mbox code would error on months with empty messages, this is unlikely with
hackersbut possible on the smaller lists, so now that code path is an empty file.
The enhancement is providing a daily mbox download link on the /before/ and /since/ pages above each table. Unlike the
UI,these aren't scoped to just 200 messages.
