Hi,

We also encountered this and is still an issue even for version 13 (https://github.com/valentin-nasta/postgresql-bug-15293-demo).

Current workaround is to have a java thread sending each 500ms a notify to the channel from the subscriber server to sync the queue.

Is there an update on this?
