New Win32 PostgreSQL libs - Mailing list pgadmin-hackers

I just uploaded new copies of libpq.lib and headers along with the
OpenSSL libs and headers to
http://developer.pgadmin.org/snapshots/postgresql/libs-win32-20040906.zi
p. These are based on OpenSSL 0.9.7d and PostgreSQL 8.0Beta2-dev. I also
updated the helpfile at
http://developer.pgadmin.org/snapshots/help/en_US/pgadmin3.chm.
