Hello Sandeep; 

I installed latest Postgresql version upgrade succesfully  (postgresql-16.3-2-windows-x64.exe) .  No error, no alert!  You can close the ticket on Pgsql-bug  list.

Hi Ugur,

The new installer updates (with -2 revision number) with the fix is now available for download. Please verify and let us know if there are any issues. Thank you for your patience and all the help provided in testing the test installers!
