here's another one... (as I read too much recently)

Chapter 2.2. How Connections are Established

... . Figure \ref{connection} illustrates the interaction of the master
process postmaster the server process postgres and a client application...

\ref{connection} was not replaced, (was it supposed to be this way?).

This is a downloaded manual of 7.1
