Hi.
In 9.1 is cool feature - foreign tables. But when create foreign table
in pgadmin (file_fdw wrapper), strings in the OPTIONS section ignore
setting standard_conforming_strings=on. I don't know if it is a bug
in postgres or pgadmin.
