Hi,

Just to confirm, you are not clicking the installer again to open the app. Right? Can you please provide the screenshot for the search results of pgadmin from the Search bar?

I already uninstalled  and download again, but the result is the same -Setup window appears instead of opening the App.

Is pgAdmin4 shown in the installed app list? You can check it in the Control Panel > Uninstall Programs. You should see pgadmin4 listed over here.

I downloaded  pgadmin4-9.11-x64, started set up, went through installation process, after finishing try to open installed pg Admin4- and again see welcome to setup pgAdmin 4 wizard.. What am I doing wrong?
