Hi
Yes, I see pg Admin as installed in Vontral panel , but when I try to Open it or Open as admin-setap window appear again and suggest to install.
I already uninstalled  and download again, but the result is the same -Setup window appears instead of opening the App.

Is pgAdmin4 shown in the installed app list? You can check it in the Control Panel > Uninstall Programs. You should see pgadmin4 listed over here.

I downloaded  pgadmin4-9.11-x64, started set up, went through installation process, after finishing try to open installed pg Admin4- and again see welcome to setup pgAdmin 4 wizard.. What am I doing wrong?
on my PC- windows 10 Pro.
