I think this patch is in much better shape than it was few versions earlier but I feel still some more work and testing is required. We can try to make it work with the streaming option and do something about empty prepare transactions to reduce the need for users to set a much higher value for max_prepared_xacts on subscribers. So, I propose to move it to the next CF, what do you think?
