Error of reinstallatio - Mailing list pgsql-bugs

Hi there

I uninstalled Postgresql and wanted to reinstall it again, unfortunately, this error appeared after I tried many times. I wrote to you once, and someone from your side replied me with his solutions. Unfortunately, neither did they work.  I hope you can help me again, thanks a lot.
