Seems they fork from postgres, pgadmin and rename them to highgo and hgadmin, but didn't announce this anywhere.

Couple points:
*) It's considered poor taste to cross post to various lists like
that.  Pick one (if in doubt, choose -general).

Are you running a fork of postgres, or trying to wrap a professional
services company around it?
