I registered an account (amosbird) with my email amosbird@gmail.com a while ago. However I forget the password, and resetting process doesn't send me an email. I'm basicly stuck. Any help is much appreciated!
Our system logs show no attempts to deliver to that address in the logs back to Feb 26 (which is as much as we have online). Are you certain you typed the email address correct? If so, can you please try again and make a note of exactly what time you tried it?
