Hi everyone.

There are only 2 weeks left before projects are to begin. We'd like
to check in with everyone to make sure everyone has made time to talk
to their mentor/student and want to hear from everyone individually
(except Heikki and Alvaro who don't need to do anything at this
stage). If there are any issues getting in contact, please let us
know ASAP.

It's very important that students and mentors discuss their projects
together and talk about the plan for the project. Not doing this
risks throwing away lots of valuable time and can put projects in
jeopardy, so please ensure you do this so that you are fully prepared
when it's time to start working on your respective projects.

Thanks
