Can you be more specific please. Which menu bar do you mean?
On macos pgAdmin4 runs in the default browser and the server continues running even after quitting the browser.

Click the icon on the system menu bar at the top of the screen and click the Shutdown option.

I cannot find any other way to exit except by force quit in the Activity Monitor.

Would it be possible to open in a browser by choice instead of in the default one?

Click the icon on the system menu bar at the top of the screen and click the Configure option and there you can set an alternate command to start the runtime.

pgAdmin4 version 3 looks better than the previous versions.  There appears to be a major oversight, there is no quit/exit/end button.  You have to go into the task manager and end the pgAdmin4 desktop runtime manually.

Thanks,
