It works in Firefox, Opera, Chrome, Safari, and IE7/8.
If the button doesnt hang there, it becomes inaccessible the moment
you begin to scroll a bit. I guess it could still be useful if
there's a collapsed content list available at the top. I'll
experiment with doing that later.
