I don't think anyone is suggesting having no link to social media at the bottom of the page. If we're going to link to
Twitter/X,though, we should link to Mastodon and BlueSky at a minimum. I think it makes more sense to have a separate
pageon .org with the social media links, and link to that from the footer.
