I'm trying to get PHPGroupware running on a Linux 7 box.
I have PHP 3.012 running; + Apache. PostgreSQL seems to be running, but I
get this error when I try to create the database "phpgroupware" or any user
....

Connection to database 'template1' failed.

Any help is appreciated !
