Hi everybody, <br /><br />I've been followed the postgres main page intruccion to build the examples of libpq
library.Unfortunatellythe examples was just for linux enviroment. Nevertheless, i finally built the example program in
mywinxp, but i got this message when i ran it: "the aplication could not inicialize successfully (0xc0150002)."<br
/><br/>Can somebody give me a hand please?<br /><br />
