How exactly is it confusing? What's more confusing is that we have
some 'regional' groups that claim to be language specific (eg. French)
and some that are geographically based (eg. Italy). We use a different
naming convention for the PG.EU and PG.US lists for exactly that
reason.
In any case, the extent to which you'd be 'kicking anyone off' would
simply be to change the domain name - all the services for both
domains are managed by the same team on the same infrastructure
anyway.
