Hello All!

When working with datasets, it is handy for a user to both select and
deselect arbitary number of rows/columns by clicking labels with
Control pressed.
As I can see, wxGrid "out of box" doesn't deselect (for reasons I
can't figure out), that is annoying sometimes.
This patch fills the gap.
