Install & Configure psqlodbc 9.3 on SLES 12 - Mailing list pgsql-odbc
Hi Postgresql Team
I’m trying to install and configure PostgreSQL ODBC 9.3 onto my SAP HANA Database (i.e. SLES 12), but I’m getting confronted with some issues.
I do not have a PostgreSQL database installed.
What do I put as a value “--with-libpq” as the library files do not yet exist on the system?
Do I need to first install these libraries and where can I download them from?
I ran ./configure --with-libpq=/usr/local/psqlodbc-09.03.0400 and the results were as follows.
% tar -zxvf psqlodbc-09.03.0400.tar.gz
% cd psqlodbc-xx.xx.xxxx
% ./configure
% make
% make install..
