Restoring a table with the following file

 <<restore.txt>>
I obtain the error
ERROR: pg_atoi: error in "{{0.22,0.2,10 ... etc
with INSERT INTO evtransftherm .... etc

| PostgreSQL 7.1.2 on i686-pc-cygwin, compiled by GCC 2.95.3-4 |

and the same with 7.1.3 on a Mandrake distribution

Help !!!
