Hi, all

I am a member of China PostgreSQL User Group (CPGUG).

Currently there are links of local user groups on the postgresql.org website(https://www.postgresql.org/community/user-groups/). Could the CPGUG's website link also be added to postgresql.org ? The URL of CPGUG's website is: http://www.postgres.cn .

CPGUG also organized volunteers to translate the PostgreSQL manual. So far we have translated PG9.3~PG10 and are translating PG11. These Chinese manuals can be accessed from http://www.postgres.cn/docs .
Could the link to these Chinese manuals also be added to postgresql.org (https://www.postgresql.org/docs/)?

If further information is needed, please contact me. The following is an introduction to CPGUG

---------------------------------------------
China PostgreSQL User Group (CPGUG) is found in 2011 in order to promote the development and the application of PostgreSQL in China. CPGUG builds up the community and communication platform by organizing annual technical conference "Planet Group (postgres.cn)", Planet Walk in China (offline technical salon), Ivory Tower (free technical training course), websites and interactive communication groups. The experts in CPGUG community provide the technology enthusiasts and enterprise users a much better platform for communicating and learning by introducing a rich amount of resource books, thus fostering the PostgreSQL development in China.

China PostgreSQL User Group (postgres.cn) is a technology conference held by CPGUG every year, inviting domestic and overseas PostgreSQL users of various industries to share their use cases, expertise and experience. In 2016, the number of attendants is over 400.

CPGUG is a non-profit organization and initially built up by a bunch of PostgreSQL technology enthusiasts and evangelists.
